ReadmeSoft AVI to DivX is a fast encoding tool that can convert any video file supported by Windows Media Player into DivX. This Normal Version supports a wide variety of input formats, such as AVI, WMV, MPEG1, MPEG2, ASF, MOV, and Real Media. Once converted, these files can be viewed in any stand-alone player with DivX support.
This powerful tool can also perform AVI to XivD transcodes, though you need to have the XviD codec previously installed in your system. You can convert any of the supported video files, including DVD and VCD MPEG files, into DivX directly. You can also make transcodes of your existing AVI files, re-encoding them using a different AVI codec, including uncompressed AVI. Both audio and video quality allow for customization. ReadmeSoft AVI to DivX uses Lame to encode the MP3 audio, offering you both constant and variable bit rates. Batch conversion is fully supported, allowing you to convert a large number of files to the selected codec.
ReadmeSoft AVI to DivX also allows you to convert your Digital Videos (DV) into DivX or XviD, provided you save them into AVI format when captured from your camera. |
